I want to again commend you for the use of poetry to bring some moments of intense knowledge and understanding to what you have gone through. And thanks too for always (at least in public) having a smiling, upbeat demeanor and face."

- Ed Sanders, Poet Laureate, Woodstock, New York

There aren't enough trees left on this planet to make the amount of tissues needed for the middle section, so I just wipe the tears on the shirts that I wear. Its how the back of my throat responds to some poems. It kind of folds back upon itself and this causes my neck and jaw to shake. My breathing becomes very shallow. In Song for my Children, the idea that your love for the kids still grows within.

- Herb Bressack, Artist

Thanks so much for sending us a copy of your book of poetry. I have read some of it and have to tell you it has made me cry already. You have put so much heart and love into this. You have much to be proud of. I can only imagine what it took of you to write this and put it together. We wish you huge success with this.

- Anne and Lou Figoni: Authors The Relationship Mastery Workbook

“I just read a few of your poems, and look forward to reading them all, but I felt I needed to say 'BRAVO'.  Your articulate, sensitive words are moving and revealing.  I particularly enjoyed, and connected to, FIRST YOU LAUGH.  It's simplicity was perfect and clear.  I am not a poet; however, I, too, felt the need to express myself in writing a few years back.  It was a time when I was the Bereavement Counselor at the Hospice i worked at.  I became a 'mirror' to some of the younger widows I was working with, and I wanted in some small way to give them a glimmer of what could be.  I will continue to read your work.  I know I will be enlightened."

- Joyce Rogers Dickman (My Friend) -

"Thanks for all this material. I wanted to tell you that I've listened to 'Me and Blue' twice since Saturday--what a lovely, heartbreaking, heartfelt, and fun collection of songs!  I'm really glad to have it.  You have a singing voice that I could listen to for hours--engaging, emotional, honest. You've done a great job. Thanks!  Now I'll read the poems which I've just printed out."

- Will Nixon (Poet/Writer) -

"This is really cool. You've got a great voice.  I am really enjoying your songs. The guy who helped you put it together did a nice job. The whole thing is nicely balanced. It gets the feeling really well. It's so great to discover another gift in someone who I have come to regard as a fine poet."

- Glen River (Poet/Artist/Musician)
